VHC20 Auto-feed humidification chamber (hereinafter named as “chamber”) manufactured by Vincent Medical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is used in conjunction with the heater base. They are the necessary auxiliary device to the ventilator. The chamber is heated by the heater base to achieve the desired heating and humidifying effects. The system is used to reduce the stimulus on the cardiac and respiratory system of mechanically ventilated patient; it also enhances the compliance of patient to mechanical ventilation and maintains the humidity of the patient airway
